When Hillary Clinton made the statement that if Iran attacked Israel, the U.S. would obliterate them, says we have two cowboys running for President Hillary and John McCain. People made the error during the 2000 run for President when they didn’t fully listen to what Bush had to say. He told us he was going to be just as he has been. And the American people bought into this nonsense! After 9/11 they clung to Bush out of fear.
In a debate with Al Gore, Bush made the statement that our soldiers aren’t for doing nation building. Our soldiers are for fighting wars. I told my Lady at that point, IF THIS MAN GETS IN, WE’LL BE FIGHTING A WAR IN IRAQ. 9/11 became an excuse to do just that. Now Bush is even trying to garner support to invade Iran. Bush’s attempt to be a good leader has led our economy into the worse position it’s been in since the Depression.
After 9/11 our Presidential Cowboy promised, down at Ground Zero in Manhattan, that we would get the folks who committed the dastardly deed that day. He said, WE WOULD ROUND THEM UP, SMOKE THEM OUT, AND THAT YOU COULD RUN BUT YOU CAN’T HIDE FROM US.
WHERE IN THE HELL IS OSAMA BIN LADEN?!Now we have Hillary telling us she will obliterate Iran if they attacked Israel. When asked by the media to explain her position, she mentioned this was said to put the leadership and the people of Iran on notice. What makes this real strange is the people of Iran have lower ratings for their President Ahmadinejad than we do for George Bush. The Iranian people like Americans and want democracy in their country. When Hillary makes a statement as point blank as she did, doesn’t that affect the people who look upon us favorably? Why would you want to OBLITERATE innocent Iranian people who like us? HILLARY’S STATEMENT WAS RECKLESS AND EXEMPLIFIES AN ATTITUDE WHERE SHE BELIEVES SHE HAS TO PROVE SHE’S AS TOUGH AS ANY MAN. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOREIGN POLICY.
This is not going to change the way we look in the world by having another cowboy as President. Not to mention the number of lobbyists Hillary is in hock to through her campaign contributions. This indicates that a Hillary Presidency will be only slightly different from George Bush.
Hillary has been making a big deal about John McCain’s Tax Holiday Plan as though this is some tremendous thing she would be doing for Americans. Like she’s solving a problem. She isn’t! Even the independent truckers say her plan is no plan at all with regard to fuel.
With the hullabaloo she’s creating about giving Americans a break, her plan can’t make it to the table. She wants to put a windfall profit tax on the oil companies to pay for the Tax Holiday, but she doesn’t mention that Bush will never sign a bill for a windfall profit tax. If you can’t make your program a reality, why is she talking about this? SMOKE AND MIRRORS? Fooling people into believing you will do something to help them when you can’t, is the old politics of the past. Americans have to be better at critical thinking so they are less likely to be hoodwinked by desperate politicians.
Hillary voted for the New Banking and Bankruptcy Laws, that have interest rates on credit cards as high and higher than the old Mafia rates of the past, and has led to the housing mortgage scandal that is taking down our economy. She claimed she voted for that bill hoping it would fail. Hunh? Why would you vote for a bill you hoped would fail? Campaign contributions from the banking lobby?
White folks in Indiana may give Hillary a victory in that state thinking she is looking out for them. What does it say when White folks are being sold a bill of goods by someone who looks and sounds just like them? Repeatedly, too many of my White brethren are suckers for appearances. Again, Christ said, DO NOT JUDGE ACCORDING TO APPEARANCES. JUDGE RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT!
HILLARY CLINTON’S AND JOHN MCCAIN’S JUDGMENT HAS LED US TO THE POSITION WE FIND OURSELVES TODAY. DO WE REALLY WANT ONE OF THESE PEOPLE AS OUR LEADER? IT’S TIME FOR CHANGE. IT’S TIME FOR BARACK OBAMA!
QUESTION EVERYTHING! THAT'S WHERE THE TRUTH RESIDES.
I have to say that I amglad I know great American bloggers like you since
your government does a great job at making Americans look like they love
excessive violence, are hateful of anyone who is not American and arrogant.
I appreciate the compliment, Angela, but I would say at least half of this
country feels as I do. Our side of the challenges this country faces just
isn't heard much in mainstream media. That's where my passion comes in,
due to the void of this type of voice in media conversations regarding
these challenges.
Capt., every solution begins with the "seed" of an idea. That idea "seed"
grows and evolves through dialogue and debate. Instead of summarily
dismissing the "gas tax holiday" as a political stunt by Hilary Clinton,
why doesn't Barack Obama be what he claims to be, a uniter? Why can't he
look at the plan, see it shortcomings and come up with a short term plan
that works? We all know Hilary's mistakes. That where political experience
comes from, making political mistakes and learning from them. Unfortunately
for Obama,he doesn't have any real political experience, so he hasn't made
any political mistakes. Ahmadinejad, Iran's President is a "hardliner" and
he and his party control Iran, whether the majority of Iranians are in
favor of his "hardline" stance or not. In the Wild West, when playing poker
with a table of cheats your six shooter was laid on the table before the
game began. Before America begins serious diplomacy with hardline
Ahmedinejad, the consequences of attacking Israel must be put on the
diplomatic table. Hilary's rhetoric is appropriate for Iran's current
regime, in my opinion.
Obama has talked about Hillary's error due to HIS experience in having
tried what Hillary wants to do for the country in Illinois. It didn't work
for the same reasons I've illustrated in previous entries - increased
demand by consumers, and fraud by retailers.
Mel says: Looks like someone has a third eye too eh ;).
Mel, I don't think Hillary fooled the public on the Tax Holiday. I think
it hurt her because Indiana was closer than she expected. Obama almost
stole Indiana, and busted her in North Carolina. This was a big night for
Obama and Hillary's victory wasn't a victory. Why? Because she went into
yesterday's contests closer to Obama than when she finished the night. Her
victory speech didn't sound very victorious. Bill and Hillary both looked
pretty down. The writing's on the wall - IT'S ALL OVER!
